The buyer must remember these essential oils are made from plants which work and smell differently than other products especially since they are designed to work scientifically. They are also designed to be used frequently i.e. multiple abundant applications for best results such that a bottle should last a month. The expected shelf life is greater than one year. Judging the effectiveness of these essential oil products is highly variable and individual results will vary.

Therefore the oilMD product returns and refund policy is limited to 30 days from date of delivery with a 50% charge deducted from the total amount of product purchased. This fee covers credit card/check handling expenses incurred by the oilMD and product disposal. All return postage and other expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the product dispenser is defective or an order error on our part was made.
